Annual Revision of Ethibel & Aspi Indexes
The composition of the ESI Excellence Europe and the ESI Excellence Global indexes was modified on September 16, 2011, following Forum Ethibel’s annual review. The ESI indexes – created in 2002 and the property of Vigeo since 2005 – have raised the standards concerning the responsibility of companies and socially responsible investments.
IEM Finance manages the samples, calculations and diffusion of these indexes. Several of their particularities, such as hedging the risk of change and the application of different sector weighting coefficients of market capitalisation, illustrate the type of customised indexes IEM Finance offers.
